Terms and Conditions:

PURCHASE ANY OF THE IXL PRODUCTS AT ELITE BATHROOMWARE AND GO INTO THE DRAW TO WIN 1 OF 3 $500 PREZZY VISA GIFT CARDS.

1. Promotion

1.1 Purchase an Eligible Product from Elite Bathroomware during the Promotion Period and enter the draw for a chance to win one of three Prezzy Cards valued at NZ$500 each.

1.2 Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promoter

2.1 The promoter is IXL Home Pty Ltd (ABN 25 123 411 898) of 1K Marine Parade, Abbotsford, Victoria 3067, Australia (the Promoter).

2.2 Elite Bathroomware (NZBN 9429039078254) is a participating retailer only. Its role is limited to selling the Eligible Products during the Promotion Period and responding to general in-store enquiries about how to access the Promotion and displaying promotional materials relating to the Promotion. Elite Bathroomware does not administer the Promotion, collect or validate entries, conduct the prize draw, select or notify winners, or supply the prizes.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion:

(a) opens at 12.00 am on 1 September 2026; and

(b) closes at 11.59 pm on 30 November 2026,

in each case in New Zealand Daylight Time (the Promotion Period).

3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Entry is open to individuals who:

(a) are ordinarily resident in New Zealand;

(b) are aged 18 years or over;

(c) purchase an Eligible Product from an Elite Bathroomware store in New Zealand / Elite Bathroomware’s New Zealand online store / either of these during the Promotion Period; and

(d) otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:

(a) directors, officers and employees of the Promoter, Elite Bathroomware and any agency or supplier directly associated with the Promotion; and

(b) members of the immediate families or households of any person identified in clause 4.2(a).

4.3 For clause 4.2, immediate family means a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.

5. Eligible Products

To participate you are required to purchase any of the IXL eligible products as listed below, fill a redemption form promo.ixlappliances.co.nz including first name, last name, contact phone number, email address, postcode and product purchased.

6. How to Enter

6.1 To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

(a) purchase an Eligible Product from an Elite Bathroomware store in New Zealand / Elite Bathroomware’s New Zealand online store / either of these.

(b) visit promo.ixlappliances.co.nz and complete and submit the online entry form, including the entrant’s first and last name, email address, contact telephone number, postcode, Eligible Product and model number, and purchase date, store and receipt or invoice number and

(d) upload a clear and legible copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase or retain the proof of purchase and provide it at the Promoter’s request.

6.2 Each entrant is responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is complete, accurate and current.

6.3 The Promoter may require an entrant to provide the original or a copy of their proof of purchase and evidence of eligibility, and the proof of purchase must clearly identify the Eligible Product, place of purchase, purchase date and transaction or invoice number.

6.4 A purchase is not eligible if it is cancelled, refunded, returned or fraudulent. If this occurs after an entry has been submitted or a prize has been awarded, the Promoter may invalidate the entry or require the prize to be returned, subject to applicable law.

6.5 Discounted, trade-account and online purchases are eligible.

7. Entry Limit

7.1 A maximum of one entry per person is permitted during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased.

7.2 An entrant must not submit entries using multiple names, identities, email addresses or telephone numbers.

7.3 An entry that is incomplete, illegible, automated, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be declared invalid.

8. Prize Draw

8.1 The prize draw will take place by random electronic selection between 1pm-3pm on 03 December 2026.

8.2 The first three valid entries randomly selected will each be a provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

8.3 Each entrant may win no more than one prize.

8.4 The Promoter’s decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the draw result.

9. Notification and Verification of Winners

9.1 Each provisional winner will be notified by email and/or telephone by 10 December 2026.

9.2 A provisional winner must, within 7 days after notification:

(a) respond to the Promoter;

(b) confirm their full name, contact telephone number and New Zealand delivery address;

(d) otherwise demonstrate compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.3 A person is not confirmed as a winner until the Promoter has verified their eligibility and notified them that they are a confirmed winner.

9.4 Winners’ names may be published on the IXL Appliances Instagram or Facebook pages.

10. Prizes

10.1 There are three prizes.

10.2 Each prize is one digital Prezzy Card valued at NZ$500.

10.3 The total prize pool is NZ$1,500.

10.4 Each prize:

(a) is not transferable or exchangeable;

(b) cannot be redeemed for cash from the Promoter;

(c) is subject to the issuer’s terms, conditions, expiry period and any applicable fees, available at Visa Gift Card - The Perfect Gift for Any Occasion | Prezzy Card;

(d) must be used in accordance with all conditions imposed by the issuer.

10.5 A digital $500 Prezzy card will be issued by IXL and Elite Bathroomware.

10.6 If a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

10.7 Any tax liability arising from the receipt or use of a prize is the winner’s responsibility.

11. Prize Delivery

11.1 A physical prize will be delivered without charge to the winner’s nominated New Zealand address within [number] business days after the winner is verified.

11.3 A digital prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address within [number] business days after the winner is verified.

11.4 The Promoter is not responsible for a prize sent to an incorrect address or email address supplied by a winner.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Unclaimed Prizes and Redraw

12.1 If a provisional winner:

(a) cannot be contacted;

(b) does not respond or claim the prize by 17 December 2026;

(d) is found to be ineligible or to have breached these Terms and Conditions,

the provisional winner will forfeit the prize and will not be entitled to compensation.

12.2 Any unclaimed or forfeited prize will be awarded through a further random draw on 18 December 2026.

12.3 A replacement provisional winner will be notified by [email and/or telephone] by [date] and must comply with clause 9.

12.4 The name of any replacement winner may be published on IXL Instagram or Facebook page.

13. Entry Validation and Conduct

13.1 The Promoter may verify the validity of any entry and disqualify an entrant who:

(a) tampers with or interferes with the entry process or operation of the Promotion;

(b) submits an entry that is not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

(d) attempts to obtain an unfair advantage; or

(e) engages in conduct intended to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

13.2 Any use of automated entry software or other mechanical or electronic means allowing repeated or automated entry is prohibited.

13.3 The Promoter may require any information reasonably necessary to verify an entrant’s identity, eligibility, entry or proof of purchase.

14. Disruption, Suspension or Cancellation

14.1 If the Promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, natural disaster or other events affecting the Promotion’s security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct, the Promoter may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion to the extent reasonably necessary.

14.2 Where reasonably practicable, the Promoter will notify entrants of a material suspension, modification or cancellation by publishing a notice at [promotion website URL].

14.3 Any action taken under this clause is subject to applicable law and will not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Privacy

15.1 The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information for the purposes of:

(a) administering and conducting the Promotion;

(b) verifying entries and selecting and contacting winners;

(d) responding to enquiries; and

(e) complying with applicable legal obligations.

15.2 The Promoter may disclose personal information to Elite Bathroomware, related companies, professional advisers, contractors, technology providers, prize suppliers and delivery providers where reasonably necessary for those purposes.

15.3 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and its privacy policy, available at Privacy Act 2020 | New Zealand Legislation, including in relation to the disclosure, storage or processing of personal information outside New Zealand. Personal information may be disclosed to, stored by or accessed by recipients located in Australia.

15.4 If an entrant does not provide the information requested, the Promoter may be unable to accept or verify the entry, contact the entrant or provide a prize.

15.7 Entry into the Promotion does not constitute consent to receive unrelated direct marketing. Any marketing consent must be obtained separately and may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable consent mechanism.

16. Publicity

16.1 By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the Promoter publishing the winner’s [first name, surname initial and region] for the purpose of announcing the Promotion results.

16.2 The Promoter must obtain a winner’s separate consent before using their photograph, image, voice or other likeness for advertising or promotional purposes beyond announcing the results.

17. Liability

17.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for:

(a) a late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entry;

(b) a technical failure, interruption or delay beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(d) loss or damage arising from the acceptance or use of a prize,

except to the extent the loss or damage was caused by the Promoter’s negligence, breach of these Terms and Conditions or other unlawful act or omission.

17.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including any applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and FairTrading Act 1986.

18. Social Media

18.1 This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

18.2 Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from claims arising in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

18.3 Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Facebook or Instagram.

19. Governing Law

19.1 These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

19.2 Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
